Giveaway #14 – Virgin Experience Days

Here’s what happens – your chocolatier will start the class off by providing an insight into the history and process of chocolate, explaining each step from cocoa bean to bar. You can try the taste of cocoa in its natural state and then try a variety of different quality and exotically flavoured chocolate. Your chocolatier will demonstrate how to make a dark chocolate ganache and you will then have the opportunity to make your own. You’ll leave with lots of tasty hand made treats – that is unless you eat them as you make them (which I likely would.)
