Some of you may recall I reviewed a new oven from AEG on this here blog some time ago – you can read all about it here. Needless to say, the oven was marvellous and my lucky parents got to keep it. (Not many perks to being my parents, but this was definitely one of them!) Well, I have some good news for you that by November 2nd one of you will have won a brand new AEG built-in oven with SteamBake! It’s not tricky to enter at all – just follow all the instructions below!

I have 1 x AEG built-in oven with Steambake to giveaway worth £499 (RRP) to one person. There are lots of ways to enter – see the Rafflecopter form below. The first way is just to leave a comment on this post. Easy peasy. Closing date 2nd November 2016. How to enter:

  • Complete the Rafflecopter form below to confirm your entries made via blog comments, Twitter, Facebook etc.
  • This giveaway will close on 2nd November 2016.

  • There’s 1 x AEG built-in oven with Steambake to giveaway worth £499 (RRP) to giveaway to one person.  There’s no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is not transferable. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
  • Instructions form part of the terms and conditions. Entries using any software or automated process to make bulk entries will obviously be disqualified. The winner will be picked at random using software and then contacted by email. If you win and then don’t respond to this email within 7 days then another winner will be picked so check your emails and your spam! The goodies will be delivered to the winner as soon as possible after you have sent me your delivery address.
  • I am running this giveaway on behalf of AEG who will be responsible for sending the prize to you by post should you win. Their decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

  3. what would be the first thing i would bake well it is now november and i need to make a start on christmas cakes so this beast looks like it will do its job,so ill make mine my mother in laws and i may make a third

  5. I’d do some baking with my girls – Chocolate Brownies (so gooood with ice-cream for an extra treat!) are our favourite and best to make so I think we’d go with that! :-)

  9. I’d make a healthy roast for the family, with all those lovely vitamins still intact.

  14. Not sure what I’d cook – maybe just a normal dinner. I wouldn’t install it straight away anyway as still got a reasonable oven, always up for something new and free though! It can be a part of my food storage till it’s needed! Question: Why do some people buy really expensive ovens and then not use them – what is that all about?

  15. A roast dinner :-) I’m moving out from my parents’ house soon and, although I like to cook, I’ve never made a roast. All the trimmings!

  19. My oven takes 33 years just to heat up and somehow the heat manages to miss most of whatever’s in there :( This would be amazing!

  20. I would love to try baking bread, it’s something I’ve always been too nervous to attempt!

  26. I’d bake a classic bulk fermented french baguette and use the steam function to get a thick crisp crust.

  31. I’d bake a soufflé! I’ve never ever done one, mainly because I’m not skilled enough but also because I’m not skilled enough to bake one with an old bog standard oven. Obviously if I won I’d have to try it – as who doesn’t like to play with new kitchen toys!

  43. Been researching new ovens and I’m baffled – enamel, catalytic, pyrolitic, multi function, steam?! Could I just please win this and I know it’ll be great as it comes recommended from the baking Queen! Got my yearly church bazaar next month = 2 days baking, oh boy could I do with this!   50. I have been lusting after a steam oven for such a long time! I bake all our own bread, so about 5 loaves a week plus rolls and other sweet goodies and have heard how brilliant this oven is! We are on the cusp of moving home from our beloved Dorset back to Gloucestershire so my mum can be close to family and we need to install a new kitchen – this would be the perfect start :)

  67. I have a terrible oven, it was new in when we moved into our new build last September but it seems that they gave us the cheapest brand oven they can find, it’s terrible. Doesn’t cook on the second shelf, burns at one side, not fan assisted so having to have it at a higher heat ruins my bakes. It has seriously put me off baking, if I won this oven it would be amazing and would save us having to keep saving for one!

  72. My oven is now 12 years old (and it wasn’t great at the start!), the light broke about 6 years ago and I got a minor electric shock trying to replace the bulb, and it now burns things unless I turn halfway through baking. I’d really, really, love and cherish this oven!!!

  83. Where to start …. I have never tried bread in my current oven which is over 15 years old which a very suspect temperature gauge …. that that will be first, but I would also like to try steam puddings and the meringues would be lovely ❤️????????

  88. This is an amazing give away. My boys love a Sunday roast and would eat it at least 3 times a week if they could so I would have to cook all of the trimmings for them (and maybe a pudding as well just because xxx)
