Giveaway #2 – Christmas Chocolate Bouquet from The Flower Stork

When my pal Tania had her first baby she was a bit shocked by the volume of flowers she received – flowers here, flowers there, flowers everywhere! Tania didn’t have enough vases to go around, plus she was kind of busy breast feeding and feeling tired and a bit well, like she’d just had a baby. Flower arranging was last on her list.

Now Tania is a very bright lady and also a creative soul so after a bit of time with her thinking cap on, The Flower Stork was born – lovely bouquets of what look like flowers, but actually turn out to be rather more useful things like little socks, vests and chocolates. You can check them out here and make one of your post natal friends mighty happy you didn’t send them another flower delivery.

Rules and things:

Only open to UK participants over the age of 18. Sorry to anyone from further afield or younger readers.

There’s only one prize and that’s the gorgeous bouquet you can see in the picture. There’s no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is not transferable. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

Instructions form part of the terms and conditions. Entries using any software or automated process to make bulk entries will obviously be disqualified. The winner will be picked at random using software and then contacted by email. If you win and then don’t respond to this email within 7 days then another winner will be picked so check your emails and your spam! The goodies will be delivered to the winner as soon as possible after you have sent me your delivery address.

I am running this giveaway on behalf of The Flower Stork who will be responsible for sending the prize to you if you win, which is very kind of them as it saves me queuing up at the Post Office. Their decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. So there.

  1. Don’t get me wrong flowers are lovely, but this would def be much appreciated after childbirth – chocs to munch during those long nights feeding! :-)

  50. Aww, this is brill! Pretty and with the same effect as sending flowers, but you get to eat them when you like rather than just have flowers which look pretty but then they shrivel up! My kind of bouquet :D

  55. What a lovely idea … flowers are lovely, but these bouquets are much more practical, and their components  provide pleasure for a lot longer!

  78. i think this is a great idea, i love flowers but always say to friends and family not to buy them for me, as its such a waste , but i would love to recieve a bunch of chocs and baby items well done for thinking up a great idea like this

  93. It’s a lovely idea – when my youngest was born i got told off for having “too many flowers” but nobody would have complained about one of these!

  106. What a lovely idea. Flowers are lovely but short-lived, this combines a wonderful gift with something longer lasting… and yummy in the case of chocolates! 

  108. This is such a lovely idea. I obviously did something wrong when I had my baby as I didn’t receive one single flower! They all bought lovely presents for Bud though.

  112. I like the sound of a christmas chocolate bouquet. I’m not a huge fan of flower (yes weird I know) but it’s mainly because yes they’re pretty but you can’t eat them or play with them and they die really quickly. 

  113. That’s such a good idea! Chocolate is so much better than flowers (as are all the useful baby bits!)

  115. Free chocolates, and from one of my favourite baking blogs! What could be better? Also, as someone about to experience the post-birth flower avalanche, I vote YES! to useful bouquets full of baby clothes :-) (chocolates also welcome, hehe)
